Finding products

  • How do I find a product?
  1. Type the name of the product you’re looking for into the search bar. You can search for products by name or features, such as brand, artist, part number, etc.
  2. If you have not decided what product you would like to find, you can try to search for the product in the categories section or our promotion product list under the search bar.
  3. Narrow your product search by using the advanced search tools.

Detailed product information is displayed on the product details page. This information includes product specifications, seller information and buyer reviews.

  • How do I find a good shop?
  1. Go to the store list and it showing all the sellers.
  2. Filter top-rated sellers with the advanced search tool.
  3. Check a seller’s feedback ratings. This rating is based on other buyers’ reviews.

Contacting sellers

  • A seller is not responding to me. What should I do?
    If a seller has not responded within a reasonable time frame and if your query relates to an order, you can:
  • Cancel the order
    Once you have raised a cancellation request in the system, the system will cancel your order once the order processing time has run out.
  • Find another seller
    If a seller has not responded within a reasonable timeframe, we suggest you find another seller offering the same product.
  • Open a dispute
    If you’re not satisfied with an order or it has not arrived, you can apply for a refund by opening a dispute. Please make sure you do this within the Buyer Protection period.

Wishlist and shopping cart

  • How do I manage my shopping cart?

You can use the Shopping Cart to save products and pay for several products at once. Up to 100 items could be saved in Shopping Cart.

  • What is my Wish List for?

Keep track of your favorite products from by adding them to your wish list. You can create up to 10 wish lists, and organize them however you like.


Placing an order

  • Why cannot I place an order?
  • The products in your shopping cart is/are not available for order.

Due to system upgrade, some items might not be available for ordering currently. Please try to select other items for ordering if possible. 

  • The products do not have Add to cart and Buy now facility

Due to product setting in system, some items might out of stock Please try to select other items for ordering if possible. 

  • Some items are required when placing an order

Due to incomplete address information under your account, it might not be able for ordering.

Please check your shipping address if any information missed out there. If yes, please complete necessary information as required. Then you could go on shopping on our site.

  • How do I place an order?
  1. When you’ve found a product you like, make sure you check product specifications.
  2.  When you’re ready to place your order, you can click “Buy Now” and continue to the checkout, or you can add the product to your cart first and continue shopping.
  3. If you want buy all the items in your cart, simply click “Buy All” to place your order. once the order has been paid, you are unable to change the shipping address. However, you can contact the seller to send him/her any updates.
  • How do I know my order has been accepted?

Once the Sender has completed the order, an order confirmation notice will be sent to the email address you have provided. Also, you will have a order confirmation call to the phone number you have provided


Registering and signing in

  • I cannot sign in to my account. What can I do?

To sign into your account, please make sure you enter the correct registered email address (or Member ID) and password. Your password is case sensitive, so please check if your keyboard’s Caps Lock light is on and also make sure there are no extra blank spaces in the password. Other solutions may include:

1. Delete cookies or change your browser
2. Try the Password Retrieval process

  • How do I change my email address?

You can change your email address anytime through Account settings

Product price & information

  • Are all products on new and unused?

Yes, only offers 100% new and unused products. The exemptions are for refurbished laptops and phones for which we ensure the best quality grade and full warranty from the vendor according to the product specification.

  • Where can I find more detailed information about a product? 

Information regarding the product are described when you click the specific product, and it will redirect you into the product page where you can fine detailed information when you scroll down the page. 

  • Are there any hidden charges if I order from or do I have to pay any duties or taxes upon delivery of my order?

No, there are no hidden charges when you order from All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process and you are not expected to pay any additional charges.

  • Why do I see different prices for the same product? is a marketplace with a large seller base. Products are sourced from different sellers due to which the prices may vary for the same product, and this gives the privilege for the customers to choose the product according to their preference.


Shipping and delivery

  • I found the package open and the product seal broken on delivery. What should I do?

You are advised to not receive such order. However, if you do receive any such package which is open, severely damaged or tampered, please get in touch with us immediately via  CHAT.

  • I ordered multiple items but I have received only one item so far. What’s going on?

Items sourced from different sellers are often shipped separately to make sure that there is no delay in fulfillment of your order. Rest assured that you will get all your items within the delivery period mentioned on the product pages of those items.

Delivery charges confirmed at the time of order placement are spread throughout your order.

  • The delivery rider misbehaved, what can I do?

We are sorry to hear about this. commits to high safety standards in order to make the delivery safe and comfortable. Direct action will be taken if the delivery rider has misbehaved.

  • Will somebody contact me before delivering the package to my location?

Our delivery person will contact you to confirm your exact location and you will get an email notification once the order is shipped for delivery.

  • Does deliver across all of Sri Lanka? delivers all across Sri Lanka through its logistics partners.

  • What are the shipping charges?

Shipping rate is calculated is based on the weight of the products, the origin from where the item is picked from and the destination to where it is delivered.

The total shipping fee charged will be clearly indicated for each product individually at the shopping cart and the total shipping fee for the cart will be displayed at the checkout page.

The shipping charges are always shown separately from the price of the product.
